Shipping Terms:
Shipping is automatically added to all orders processed through our Yahoo Store. The shipping amount shown on the order form is calculated using the total weight of the item(s) on the order. The amount shown on the order will be the amount charged for your shipment. Your order will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer and most items ship in 7-10 business days unless otherwise indicated in the product description.
NOTE: If you wish to have an item shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please call 800-795-5561 during regular business hours to obtain an exact shipping cost quote.
Please note: If the item you ordered is being shipped to a location outside of the 48 states of the continental US, there will be additional shipping charges which you will be made aware of shortly after placing your order. There are certain items that our vendors are unable to ship outside of the continental US and, if this is the case, you will be notified accordingly.
Tax:
Tax is not being charged at this time on Internet orders.
Returns Policy:
BuyAmerican.com,Inc. guarantees that if you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us, you may return it for credit within 30 days. For complete information on how to return an item, contact us directly at 800-795-5561. Many manufacturers require a "Return Authorization" prior to the return of products. We will obtain the "RA" and get back to you with all information you will need to return your order to the manufacturer. Items must be packed for return in the original shipping container. Please be aware that some manufacturers charge a restocking fee for returns of larger items or large orders. In cases where the restocking fee exceeds 5%, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your refund will be issued when we receive notice from the manufacturer that you have returned the product to them. Sorry, shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
(Please note: Manufacturers will not accept returns on undergarments unless product is found to be flawed.)
Damaged Items:
The manufacturers make every effort to ensure that each item is shipped in perfect condition. BuyAmerican.com, Inc. will not issue refunds for items that have obviously been damaged during shipment. Damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the trucking company. If you received a package that is damaged and you suspect that an item inside may be damaged, ask the delivery person to wait while you check the condition of the item. If there is in fact any damage, ask the delivery person to help you file a report with the delivery company. If you do not receive satisfaction from the delivery company, please contact us via email at custserv@buyamerican.com or call our toll-free number 1-800-795-5561. Our regular business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday; voice mail is available at all other times.
